Mmmmm…. bacon. Everything goes better with bacon!
This is a very quick and easy special I like to cook for lunch.
Bacon & Tomato Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 or 5 strips of bacon
- 3 slices tomato
- 2 slices of texas toast
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 slices swiss cheese
Preparation
- Butter each slice of bread on one side and place buttered side down on flat top.
- Add 2 cheddar slices to one half of the bread and 2 Swiss slices to the other half.
- Place 4 or 5 strips of cooked bacon and 3 slices of tomato on the cheddar halve.
- Close sandwich with the melted Swiss halve.
- Serve with choice of side and garnish with a pickle spear.
