Italian Cristo sandwich

Here is an old favorite of mine I resurrected for my lunch special yesterday and I thought I would share it. This sandwich makes a good special that can be served for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch.
I based this sandwich on a Monte Cristo and replaced the ham with Italian sausage, and replaced the cheese with cream cheese. Then added some grilled bell pepper for a flavorful zing. Continue reading →

The special for today… a Southwest Club Sandwich. This is an easy grilled triple-decker ham and turkey sandwich that is tasty and very filling.
